dayum!! that's some funky dislike there buddy. get'm to throw in a lend/lease P51B for ya.  as a replacement/substitution for the P39Q.  they were close in performance n'est pas?

oh in my shock and amazement on actually getting a set up I like I forgot the following.  ("peanuts" piano theme piece playing) storch is exuberantly performing the snoopy dance.  gotta love finn-rus.

Hmm you may have a point on the P-39Q sub.......... But the P51B doesn't have the gun in the nose........... I believe a Tempest would be more of a realistic P-39 sub:D

Is it the new name or just the setup? But I think we had good numbers today (20-50 when I was on), and well balanced as well. I had fun, thanks to everyone there.

I think it's the novelty of the name, but it does give a clear indication of what the arena is representing.  there were lots of new players present even when I logged off at 2300 EST.  the most I saw on was 22 but that made for some intense A2A action because it was mostly localized.  there were a couple of guys capturing bases, you may want to put those back in their proper team alignment so they can be recaptured today.

Although the setup is a CT favorite, I think the name had much to do with it. I heard a lot of guys asking if this was the TOD arena. I think the new name may have got people in with the curiosity factor. Maybe the Axis vs Allies bug will bite some of them, and keep them coming back.

Yak9T is a good sub for the P-39, but since the Rusksies had Yak9T's its kinda a moot point eh?
