There is a fly, it is hovering 12 inches above a stream
In the stream is a trout, the trout is watching the fly
and thinking to himself "if that fly would drop 6 inches
id have myself a tasty lil snack
On the bank of the stream is a bear
the bear is watching the trout whos watching the fly
the bear thinks to himself, "if that fly would drop about 6 inches
the trout would jump outta the water to get the fly and i could
grab the trout and have a tasty little snack
up the stream is a hunter, the hunter is watching the bear
who is watching the trout who is watching the fly
hes thinking to himself " if that fly would drop 6 inches
the trout would jump up to grab the fly, the bear would
reach for the trout, id have a clear shot on the bear
and id have food and fur for the winter
While the hunters waiting he pulls out a cheese sandwich
to eat
Behind the hunter a ways is a mouse, the mouse is watching
the hunter whos watching the bear whos watching the trout
whos watching the fly, and he is thinking to himself "you know
if that fly would drop about 6 inches the trout would jump up to get the
fly, the bear would reach for the trout, the hunter would shoot his gun and
drop his sandwich, i could run up and get the cheese and have a tasy snack"
now, behing the mouse is a cat, the cat is watching the mouse whos watching
the man whos watching the bear whos watching the trout whos watching the
fly,
and he is thinking to himself "if that fly would drop 6 inches the trout
would jump up to get the fly, the bear would reach for the trout, the man
would shoot his gun and drop his sandwich, the mouse will be preoccupied
with the sandwich and i could get the mouse and have a tasty lil snack
about 2 min later the fly starts to drop, it reaches the 6 inch mark and the
trout jumps.. the bear reaches for the trout... BANG goes the gun and the
sandwich drops, the mouse goes for the sandwich, the cat hot on its ass, the
cat pounces.... misses and lands in the stream
whats the moral of the story?
