Knowing what has happened to you in RL, I can understand what has happened to you here. Life gets the best of a lot of people, and kills damned near every one of them eventually. It ain't been a real good couple of years here either. You'll get over it just like I did.
Remember this is a game, if it controls you, turn it off and leave it alone for a while. Come back later and see how it works out. When it stops being fun, stop flying, go do something else. If you keep flying, it only makes it worse (I usually break things, like joysticks and keyboards). Don't blame it on the other guy, and don't let him decide whether you have fun or not. A little smack talk is okay, and even fun. But if you can't control it, don't tune 200. Stop yourself before you start. You ain't always gonna win, Hell, you ain't even gonna get off the ground sometimes, and if you do it still might not be what you consider a good fight. That's how it goes. In EVERY game. In life too.
By the way, for a teacher, your writing style sucks.
One more thing. Remember the sign over the door when you came in:
"Abandon All Hope, Ye Who Enter Here"
"You Can Check Out, But You Can Never Leave".
