On their website (http://www.shopmetrospy.com/), MetroSpy denounces the tactics of Islamic extremists and encourages its customers to stand up against terrorism. "Failing to print these images mean the terrorists have won, plus it boosts our sales", the site says.

Looks like 'they' don't accept apologies. The ambassadors from Syria, Iran and Indonesia have been recalled today due to some concrete info that their lives are in danger

Well, at least we've learned one thing from all this.

Appearently violence and terrorism are effective means of getting what you want from some people.

No AKWabbit. We have also learned that "some people" have the courage to apologize when they realize they've screwed up. Perhaps that's why "some people" are not hated around the world like "some other people" we know.

If I draw a potato and write his name on it does that count?

The cartoons were in bad taste and a provocation. They should not have been published. On the other hand, the muslim response is completly out of proportion indicating that the cartoons themselves are just a excuse. The riots are fueled by leaders with interests who ceased the oppertunity and are riding the wave.

Ask me if I give a rat's bellybutton if some imam, looking for a reason to declare war on me and mine regardless of what we do, thinks about a cartoon that shows exactly how he acts. They hate us anyway. They hate freedom and tolerance. It ain't the cartoons. Its the fact that my wife and daughter don't look like a walking bolt of cloth when they leave the house. Its the fact that I trim my beard. Its the fact that I don't support wiping the Jewish people off the face of the Earth. Its the fact that I refuse to tamely submit to their laws, and convert to their religion.

Implying that if they weren't liberals they could? Implying that someone who is conservative can actually bless America? Implying that you have deified your cause? Implying that you're leader is god-like? Which leads us to the conclusion that he must be the anti-christ.

Thanks Rip.

Certainly you mean the ones that avoided the draft?  I don't know any liberals personally that served and died.

MT... flag burning is not freedom of speech... it is a property rights thing..  you own it?  It's yours to burn (local burn regulations excluded of course).

Free speech is written or spoken word.... nothing else.
