I second that question.  I would like to be going up against Panzers in my T34, not other T34s.  While the AH Panzer completely outclasses the AH T34, the T34 can kill Panzers if you aim at the right parts.  T34 vs T34 combat often reduces to long boring drawn out richochet fests.

If you read the setup post it says that the Finn's used captured T-34's and thats why there are no Panzers. I asked how many Panzers the finn's had because I dont really know and thought maybe like the 109's they had gotten some from the Germans. If the Finns didnt have them I dont see why the Panzer should be enabled for the Axis.

Yeah, I was also wondering why the southern part of the map (German, not Finn) didnt have Panzers.

Would at least spread the forces out a bit.
Treize (pronounced 'trays')- because 'Treisprezece' is too long and even harder to pronounce.

None in combat. But Finland had StuG III's with the 75mm gun (from 1943-).

But there's no reason not to add Panzers to the south side of the Gulf of Finland where Germans had them, except than time. We're only running this setup till September '44 when Finland and Soviet Union made peace - and the PzIV H was taken into combat use in August '44 (IIRC?).

Yes, it is easy to kill another T34 if he is close or if the "bug part" is visible and near 90 degree deflection.

('Bug part' is the point where the sloped forward armor, the glacis plate, meets the sloped armor of the underside in the front.  In real life this piece was impenetrably thick, but AH treats it as normal thickness armor at 90 degrees.  So if you hit his junction at a reasonably close range, you can kill a T34 instantly.)

Not really. The Pz IVH was produced from April 1943 to July 1944, but the Pz IVF2, which was hardly different in regards to gun and armor, started to arrive in summer 1942.

Putting the IVH in the 1942 can be argued, but it should definetly be there in '43 (on the German part of the front).
