Streaming Video Problem

I've had a problem with streaming video on our newest computer..

My dad and his friend built it themselves if that helps..

But the video loads and runs fine but the image it shows is,

1-Distorted

2-4bit Color

One word: Codec pack.

Try ace mega codec pack (google for it).
