Makarov, Triumph is a Conan O'Brian skit. He's on there quite a few times. He was also on the MTV music awards (the best 5 minutes of the past 3 years on that piece of toejam channel).

He came on TV Funhouse as a guest. If you watch Conan, he occasionally comes on.
