LOL

:rofl

You know...I still just can't imagine the series of events that led up to someone saying...."Yea!  That's the idea!  If anything'll make a successful business investment, it's a gay cowboy movie!  The pent up demand is simply incredible!  It'll be earth-shattering!  Here, take this check..."

..or how 'bout this;  "Wait!  I'm serious, dammit!  I'm an artist.  This is a moving love story...a tale of modern-day Romeo and Juliet.  Err...Romeo & Romeo, maybe.  Anyway...don't you have any sensitivity?  It's about love and people and relationships and social oppression and...and...OK, it's a gay cowboy movie."

Where have I been?  I still think it's a pretty dumb idea...but, to each their own, I suppose.

Hey, seriously...does anyone know for a fact if this thing paid for itself?  Did it perform at all as an investment?  How much money had it made prior to the media making an event out of it?

Just curious...

:rofl   That's good, Rip...

Maybe they'll call it 'Broke Horseback Mountain'.  Nothing like the relationship between a man and his horse, eh?

There's just too damn much "brokeback mountain" in every media outlet nowadays.

I mean, how come I can't turn on my TV or go to a movie without having to sit through this kind of stuff.

Nice one :)

And they are sheep herders not cowboys.  And we all thought it was the sheep they molested.
