This is quote from other forum. I dont live in Canada myself, but i believe that this same thing would be found out on 95% of other countries government.

"Would you work for this company?

Can you imagine working for a company that has a little more than 300 employees and has the following statistics:

30 have been accused of spousal abuse,
9 have been arrested for fraud,
14 have been accused of writing bad cheques,
95 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses,
4 have done time for assault,
55 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit,
12 have been arrested on  drug-related charges,
4 have been arrested for shop lifting,
16 are currently defendants in lawsuits,
62 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year.

Can you guess which organization this is? (scroll down)

It is the 301 MPs in the current Canadian Parliament...the same group that cranks out hundreds of new laws designed to keep the rest of us in line!

Quoted from the Ottawa Citizen..."

I've read that before, except Parliament and Canada were replaced with Congress and America.

It's just a joke.

As an example, the actual prime minister (Berlusconi) has been accused of "false in budget" (well, in italian sound different), in his business long before becoming a politician, and more than one time...

Guess?

From yesterday this is'nt a law offence anymore, the senate have deleted the law

Geez, I hope he will never be accused to be a murder, or a mafiaboy  ;)

Naso, I have no doubt there are corrupt people in high up places all over the world.

America has a lot, hell we had Bill Clinton as a president for 8 years.

That is a joke, but it CAN be applied to most governments.
