Sarcasm of Bush is very reminisant of Johnson and Carter, except he's done more in office his first 6 months than Johnson or Carter did in 8 years (Including giving the workers like me some tax relief with my family)

Jihad, I know you're excited about all this, but you're skimming your W files too quickly. Might want to check your facts again (even according to "the files").

For what it's worth, the $300 (or $600) was a democrat proposed compromise, in lieu of larger tax cuts. So yes, it is a payoff, which is why I didn't like the idea and still don't.

I don't like politics, but in Jihads urgency to use other peoples collected information to discredit our President, he himself actually lied, and deceived in this post.

with President Clinton having the highest IQ, at 182.
President Lyndon B. Johnson was rated the lowest of all the
Democrats with an IQ of 126.
