Ok funked what part of the country are you from again?  I think I just had a flashback when i saw his picture.  Been many years since I have seen those commercials.

I live in Illinois.  Menards is a lumber chain based in Indiana.  They have TV ads with this guy, plus when you walk around in the store their PA system constantly plays their song "Save big money, Save big money, When you shop Menards..."  It drives me nuts but I do enjoy the TV ads because the guy is so enthusiastic and the crooked grin cracks me up.

Funked I should know I lived in Indiana for 5 years.  I am moving back to Holland MI in 5 weeks so I will be seeing them again soon.  They did have a good ring to them.

Yup, that commercial plays bigtime on the local stations. Knew you must be nearby when I read this.
