OPD changes

Based on some good discussions with a few of you, I've made some minor  changes to the Online Plane Database (OPD).

The "Acceleration" and "Climbing Ability" fields have been replaced with "Climb/Acceleration low alt (<10k)" and "Climb/Acceleration high alt (>=10k)"

I think that this is more useful, and eliminates some of the confusion over climb rate vs. acceleration. (Thanks to Tex for the input and suggestion.)

Please update the planes you are familiar with if you can.

We are almost there . I hope to recruit one or two of the true experts to put their "stamp of approval" on the numbers. Once that happens, I'll lock the data and start working on some really cool sorting and filtering stuff.
