It makes me think that if I was in the trainer corps I'd be ashamed to be in the same group as you.  I mean, most of them seem pretty cool, but then you post something like this?

Nothing really personal here, but seriously, I should think that HTC would be concerned that their trainers treat any of the customers like this... Even if they are BK.  I dunno, maybe there is something subtle I missed?
