The unfortunately named Master's Touch is in a separate building on the other side of the parking lot.  We have half of this building and the other side is mostly executive suites.

Offer an IPO of HTC stock. Buy the building. Jack up the rent on Master's Touch to force 'em out. Lease the space to a Dallas Modeling  Agency.

Pros: Better cash-flow, great tax deductions, lots of eye candy.

But with zoom the Masters Touch claims to be a "School of and Performing Arts"

So do you have tortured-poet type college kids in peasant dresses smearing feces on the sidewalk to protest herbicide use in Turkmenistan?
