He has rights, he served his time. In our current system there just isn't much that can be done. If I were in charge I can gaurantee you he wouldn't be living across the street from anyone, he would be one of those "career prisoners" instead of a "career criminal".

 RIP, unless your state has a law about "childrens welfare" where they will force a sex offender to move if he lives a certain distance from a school or daycare etc. your probably stuck with him (that point being, start a daycare in your home, & they'll have to force him to move).

  My advice would be to get a lawyer, you can sue anyone over anything. Just get a lawyer & start slinging paper at him & the people he's staying with. It'll cost them so much money to defend themselves they will probably get him to move, but then he'll probably be pissed at you if he isn't already...got any security cameras & locking gas caps?

 You see where I'm going with this, you'll have to find a way to work the system to drive him out legally.

was listening to Fox on way to work today, and had someone from FBI on who was involved with that manhunt. Yesterday afternoon, they were saying they had reports of them in MO, and troopers missed picking them up by a couple minutes. So as of yesterday, it sounded like they were still in MO.

What lazs said. Basically it comes down to this:

Guns are not allowed within 2000 feet of a school, but a Level 3 sex offender (The worst type, most likely to reoffend) can live within 880 feet of a school. You see, society thinks those guns are going to kill people, not the actual person holding the gun.  A gun is more dangerous than a sex offender, according to our laws.

Homes in this 60-home platte sit on 1 acre lots and START at about $450,000 and go UP from there. One sold for close to $850,000.  That doesn't prevent home owners from letting scum like this guy above, live with them.

The owner of the home owns a business called Glacier Graphics. Boycott this business if you are living here and need a printing business.

He is not related. The wife of the home owner claims (and defended him when approached by the HOA president) that her daughter (that none of us have ever seen) is going to marry him.  LMAO!  I think its B.S. because:
A) he's a sex offender
B)sex offenders cannot marry when the woman has children while their on parole and/or have not finished a sexual treatment clinic. (apparently this woman claims her daughter has children)

I've contacted no less than 30 news outlets, newspaper, journals and the 3 local networks with this story I wrote called "Neighborhood Held Hostage". I'll post the story later.  We're hoping to get some press on this and force the guy out under peer pressure.

If this guy's wife is lying then she must have a reason to be defending this guy.  A call to the ISPs in the area and an explanation as to why you think this guy might be involved in kiddie porn might get them to peek at his internet traffic.

A very long time ago a concerned & observant citizen such as yourself alerted me to what he thought were 2 women tied up in the back of a van he had seen at the gas station...  his description of the suspects was dead-on down the name tattooed on the drivers neck and the brand of razors they bought to "shave pubic hair"

I pulled them over and indeed, they had 2 soon to be rape victims tied up & gagged.

The best part was no paperwork for me, I kissed it off to SB Sheriffs.

Sorry Mac. I really didn't want to even bring this up, but we're so upset at the moment its hard to cope. I know some of the folks on this BBS are probably grinning over our misfortune at the moment, thus the reason I hesitated to bring it to light.

GTO, she has a concealed weapons permit and knows how to handle her pistol.  Whether or not she would actually USE it is another story, she has spent the better portion of her life SAVING lives, not taking lives away.
