You basically called me a noob be cause is said f3 was disabled.

Judging from the results of the event you do need the F3 mode.

truth be told the buffs should have not had formations enabled,it's not like those Ki's are Uber bomber killers.

Tell you what goober, I have the film. I was flying a P-38 in the lead group, and we were engaged by HIGHER Japanese planes. Wanna reconsider the line of crap you're dragging out, or do you intend to try to stick with it?

Oh, and by the way, genius, the name of the drug is RITALIN.

Have a nice day.

Check it savage  ya cant argue with the Knowitall.

Now tardling reread what i said preferably with a dictionary by your side.

F3 is to simulate all the eyes in a buff .

If you didn't care you wouldn't be In da shade .COWARD
What you afraid of the bbs?  I'd say yea.

And we all know the problem here is your overload of self importance.

On second thought savage please post so Mr.Knowitall here can eat his words.

Auto how long before you change your ingame now ehhh.
Then we will see how much you care.

I was able to view the film, or rather sections of it. However, since today's update, I'm getting film viewer errors. It clearly records the first sighting of Japanese planes by a U.S. fighter, and the call that they are at 27K. At that point we begin climbing. We were bounced by higher Japanese fighters, and some of us were able to retain our altitude while they dove through.

Bronk, if you want it, I'll email it to you if I can. It is about 1 hour long, so it is huge, and since my film viewer is acting goofy, I cannot edit the film, I can't keep it running long enough. I don't know if I can email a file that size. Even DSL has its limits on file size for emails.

We were at 25-K i have the film as well.I split the fighters into 2 groups, so i don't know how high the 84's were.

but that probably will soon change.

You need too call Dionne Warwick cuz i am gonna change it,but this time not cuz my account was cancelled, i quit smokin pot so i don't want the 420 on the end anymore, the next Ingame ID will be Todd850s.

LOL!  Who cares.  I had fun and all I did was die.  Nice work btw WldThing.  Checked the film on who the Tony was that ran me down.  It was you.

What I enjoyed was seeing all those 38s up and about.  Sometimes just being able to pretend a bit makes it worthwhile to me.

We clearly got too strung out with the buffs and the 38s, in particular our high bunch got in too deep to those higher birds.  But since I didn't really die and I got to fly with all those 38 drivers, it was good fun.

Interestingly enough I was reading the 8th FG history which includes the 80th Headhunters, and it talked about the use of 38s and how getting seperated from others in the flight was not a good thing for a 38 driver.

Figures I managed to do that and died :)

Now if I had it my way, there would have been an alt cap to keep the fight at historical altitudes instead of that who can get higher then the other guy fastest but.  But it still didn't matter.  I had fun and that's what counts.

First time in one of these online AH wars. Remind me not to take high cover next time. There is more of a fight going on in here than I saw during the entire event.

Looks like we lost. Suggest we put the buffs on the deck next time if we don't have time to climb. P38's in two layers above and in sight. If they want the buffs dead they have to come down to a hard surface. All 38's should have a dedicated wingman and work in pairs.
