I had a similar problem but with only one side.

It was the rubber line. What happens is the line collapses and acts as a 1 way valve.
When you push the brake hydraulic pressure pushes fluid pass the blockage.
When you let up there is no pressure pushing back.
So make sure you check the rubber lines.

Thanks for all the help all (except Storch lol). Looks like I'll be replacing everything from the master cylinder to the pads and rotors. Luckily I didn't have far to drive. I normally do the work myself and the truck is being towed to my dad's house today. The parts should be in on monday and I'll start working on it then.  Thanks again!!
