It isn’t viewable from the tower anymore. It only is viewable if you bring up the radio message bar. I sure as heck hope this is a bug and not a feature?
Radio Window and Message window transparency doesn’t take effect till after you close the CP that is used for changing the settings. This is also a change from the previous version and I thi9nk is a step backward.
