It's the opening salvo of the midterm diversionary tactic by the Republicans.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

Exactly.  That's what I thought was Nash's whole point.

Are we even in the same dimension?

Yes,.... that was my point. That's what I intended, and that's what you seem to have taken away from it. All's good, so far, right?

So what's this "double entendre thing" that you're accusing me of, and where's the problem?

Nevermind.  It's best we let it rest.  I can see this would be one of those threads where'd we go round and round (suddup Bronk...) and after 5 pages we'd still be not understanding.

Cool?

Well, tried to comment on drifty's site just now. Click the "comments" section and got a message that the blog was down for maintainence.

Drifty seems to be the type of person who feels that he can't articulate a point, or say what he means without spewing a chitlooad of worthless words for the "color" effect.

In other words, he's a blowhard who can't just get to the point and say something factual or opinionated and be done with it.

Lazs is a great example of what Drifty is could be, if only Drifty had the ballz to just say what he means and get to the point. Let the chips fall where they may.

Instead, Drifty  has to ramble on and try to be "interesting", which is fine I guess. It just makes him sound like an idiot.

I don't think he is an idiot though. Mayby a clown is a better description.

Well, my idea for a responce to drifty was comment a little about his arguments/rants and then to try get him to come to the AH BBS and argue a point. Let's see what Drifty can do here. Let's see if he has a piont at all about anything, other than ranting like a woman on the internet.

He's a Liberal Limbaugh.

Which isn't saying much.

They might operate in the same manner, but I wouldn't give that much credit to 'Ol Drifty :)

I'd be amazed if any liberal could have a radio talk show that people actually listened to.

The problem being that the liberal "message" just does not sit well with most people.

Drifty operates a spewage system.

So does Limbaugh. The fact that he has a radio program simply means he spews over a wider area. Spew is spew, nonetheless.

Yeah, but Limbaugh gets paid a lot to do what he does. He gets paid well because he has a very large audience. At least he has that much going for him.

Drifty has nothing going for him.

Yeah, and everyone knows Toad,  that you've been quite vocal about how Limbaugh has been doing his spewing for years.

Pshaw.

The last time you even brought up Limbaugh's name was way back in 2003, and that was in a thread that you created, called: "Guess I was right about Franken's book being autobiographical" wherein you spend the entire thread calling Franken a liar.

So correct me if I'm way off base here or something, but it seems to me that Limbaugh can "spew" his crap to millions of listerners on a daily basis with nary a peep from you, but as soon as some liberal airs his beefs, you get all uppity and start slappin' a Libaugh comparison on them.

Spare me the crocodile tears, friend.

Limbaugh gets to spew his crap to millions, because people actually listen to his show. It's not magic.

Nobody listens to Drifty, as far as I can tell. And liberals spew crap every day, but not many sane people really ever bother listening to it.
