you can go into the 7/11 and fight people there.

gives you exp and money.  if you keep attacking them, sometimes you get a bonus like triple exp etc.

Arena Pass is taken away from everybody at each reset. Our gang posts where to find the pass in the city after each reset. You go to jail for doing this in the games forums.

I found him and he still has over $2k on him He obviously has his speed really high up. I attacked twice and never got a punch off. He also couldn't touch me so it was a draw both times.
