East Carolina was up 27-3 at the .5. at the end of the 3rd TCU was within a touchdown. And yup, that poor kid dropped the ball at the goal line...

This is the Black Sox all over again.  I was pretty sure something was up when the A's threw Game 4.  Now I'm certain.  Brenly leaving his closer in 3 innings? WTF???  Probably just another Bud Selig marketing ploy.  Juiced ball, Wild Card, manipulation of umpires, and now this.  I am a life long baseball fan but it now has the credibility of pro wrestling or NASCAR.  I'm gonna go watch some Pro Lacrosse or Arena Football or something.  Sheesh.

almost rip.  1919 I think.

Uhmm, and just who started throwing back the opposing teams home run balls?  Bleacher Bums at Wrigley were doing it before Seattle ever made the playoffs, and more than likely before Seattle even had a team.   :)

Thats what I was thinkin' Nifty....I know I seen the Cubbies fans throw balls back on the field if the opposing team hit it.  Dunno where Rip is gettin' his info...but then again if you listen to Rip you prolly think the knits were outnumbered 24 hrs a day for 2 months.   :rolleyes:
