ok... whats it for? does it turn on? when does it turn on? what do the colors mean?

other than that i can figure out everything else in cockpit...

i am guessing it has something to do with the plane being painted with enemy radar?

or not...

some one please let me know... its buggin me... :furious

it means your internet connection is going bad, you are probably warping to other players, and you are about to lose UDP / get disconnected possibly.
