Please make a single post in EACH future scenario sub-forum. In this post place the DATES and TIMES of all frames. Sticky this post. Lock this post.

This has been a request from a pilot that might be interested in being a walk-on but never wants to hunt on the ah events site for the dates/times. I am positive you will get more walkons if folks browse the forum and see when it takes place. They will remember this, and think "Oh, hey, maybe I should pop in!"

Hell, one of my pilots emailed me saying they wouldn't make the first frame because they'd be gone on friday.

Like I said, I don't want to dig up the events site for the dates, and for some damn reason the computer at work won't let me access the date/time to check the monthly calendar (I can't match which dates go to which days).

See THIS is why I requested a sticky in every scenario forum. Sometimes the info is not readily at hand.

What about a sticky titled Senario "insert name here" details

Put a link to the Ahevents.org page for the full details but also have

The basic details in it.

Make it so that on the CM crew can post in it if possible

That's a good idea in general, mussie, but I've seen similar ones in other message boards get cluttered and hard to read, which was my reasoning for suggesting just the 1 post then locking it. Mind you, there's no limit on how many sticky posts you can make! I think a details post is a must and was kinda wondering why Downfall didn't have one.
