186 people from those two American Airlines aircraft were on-board when they crashed into the Twin Towers.

The fourth reported hijacked aircraft crashed NEAR Camp David, but not into it.

The third aircraft from Kennedy crashed into the Helicopter pad of the Pentagon, slid from the outside into the inner court of the building destroying a section of the Pentagon. High ranking people were in that wing, but NOT high ranking officials. (whatever that means)

Both Trade Center Towers collapsed, the second one collapsed while I was driving to class (about 10:45AM Eastern).

That's all I know so far, these are reports I heard from Washington, DC radio stations (I live in Maryland).

Sad, very very sad.

Canada has also closed its airports as well.  Thank you for the suppoort, to all and everyone from other countries of the world.
This is indeed a dark hour, and one that will not go unnoticed.
If any of you are in the countries that will eventually be found to have aided in this, you better move.
There are many countries that were represented in the World Trade Centers, and you can bet they will all come to aid in hunting down who is responsible for this.

One more tidbit, that nut job Lahden or whatever he calls himself, claims to have called the United States 3 weeks ago and told them there was going to be an attack on U.S. soil.

I am sure you will, Eagler. Whoever who has done this, you are going to make them pay for it; and I am also sure that you will get over this tragedy stronger than before.

Jochen, you want to expand on your cryptic message???? I detect a note of arrogance in your message.

One man's "irony" is another man's "smartass remark".  Your jealousy of the United States is boring, Jochen.

Cabby, you would not know irony if it bite you to ass.

US is again turning towards itself like in 30's...

Just look at this off topic message board. Most of the talk is about gun control and how right to bear arms is required to protect you from your own government. Or abort laws.

I think it has been continuously shown that the threat is not from your own government but outside world. Yet nobody notices or discusses it.

It is true, US was caught sleeping even if the signs were there  :(

[Post edited so I don't lose my account]

Jochen, I've seen you attempt several trolls like this since this tragedy occured, and I've held my tongue.  I thought, "Surely Jochen, while being a somewhat abrasive character, couldn't possibly be this callous?"  But I wonder...  Are you happy that this event happened?  Or do you have so little regard for human life that you don't mind using this event to aid your selfish attempts to get attention and continue petty political arguments from the past?  Whatever it is, I suggest you reconsider any future posts on this topic lest you erode whatever respect remains for you in the multiplayer flight sim community.
