Take out the parts I don't want; - is the simplest answer.

The less simple answer is; Frap from AHV, Slice in WMM, add effects in either Sound Forge, Particle Illusion or both, edit in Vegas 6.0, then lay down the 5.1 tracks, place in movie, score and render.

I use windows movie maker, its easy to use and free. All you do is drag and drop your clips were you want them, cut and delete what you dont want. It also has many video effects you can use.  There are many other movie maker programs that vary in price.
