jesus id love to run customer services like that in my store.
I haven't seen HT close posts complaining about the state of play in a constructive manner.
However, members posting multiple times with often inflammatory statements directed toward the game or its creators is similar to standing inside a Walmart and screaming how they fund terrorism and destroy the small businessman constantly, and otherwise try to disrupt business. Rest assured that customer would be escorted out of the building, likely by a man or woman in blue.
What other company do you get personal attention from the "powers that be" when you ask a question of? Hell, I can't even talk to the person in charge of my department let alone my company!
