Why? It is a Fw190, only with longer wings. Aside from the slightly different shape of the tail (which even late 190Ds shared) the only external difference is the longer wingtips and the smooth cowling deck (no cowling guns, you see).
That would be like saying "Give the P51D its own icon, don't make it say P51 until it's at close range, make it say P51D all the time".
Besides, the Ta152 flies worse than all other 190s combined, singling its icon out would be a death knell for any pilot flying one. It would be swarmed, as pilots looking for the easy kill would ignore all other targets to hit it (c'mon, you know this is true).
