I am totally new to this... I have downloaded and practiced a bit off-line and visited the on-line training area...but chickened out after watching a bit.  Could someone direct me to a training site that explains how to for radio operation, also, I have a mic, is it voice activated? ot ptt? Any advice would be great...:rolleyes:
