installation failure :(....help....please

Decided to f disk and rebuild after one to many blue screen of death ( just built a seperate xp machine...but no drivers for hotas)...anyway decided to use win 98...is a P3 866 with intel 820 coppermine board, elsa geforce 2 gts and diamond vidio card on win98 ms drivers.

get following install error message:

initialization failed with -5
Main_SN failed -2

any help  :eek:   :mad:   :confused:

YOYO,
Did you install latest dx drvrs before trying to install the game?
After a format and os install, drivers should be installed in certain sequence:
1:mobo drvrs 2:dx drvrs 3:vid card drvrs 4: sound card drvrs 5:any other drvrs needed pertaining to sys.
now you can get away installing them in diff sequences, but i found this to be the most error free way.
