Me too, or er... uh, six.   Very, very bad freezes, sometimes three in a row in the space of 2-4 seconds.  Missed many shots because of a solid freeze and was even froze up solid for about 2 seconds that got me killed more than once.  All this in my first 8-10 minute experience of the new update.

Talking to most people with this last night it seems that they were all using hi-res pack... is this the case with you guys?   I had this problem before, downgraded my video drivers and deleted my cache folder and it seems to have fixed it.

ATI AIW 9700 Pro

Yep, that is when it happens most.   Also when evading.

Also using Hi-res 2.09 pack

It seems there's a major bug that ties too many things to the range sliders or something. Things like CVs not being visible, not seeing acks and GVs and anything that you normally should.

I think whatever this huge bug is, it's screwing your graphics over. Lag in hat switch means it's trying to process too much. crash on hat switch = something not right.

Hopefully, for my FPS' sake, it'll get fixed in the next patch.

I got freezes the first time I ran it....

the first freeze was during the first time I fired the guns, then second freeze was when the first  hit sprites were displaying on the target.

It almost seemed to be the same stutter you get the first time you see a new aircraft skin. l

Tried -

Defrag
Delete cache
Login
Cache rebuilds

Still getting the mini freezes.

Pre patch game ran really smooth.

Game seems to load a lot faster now even when pre-caching skins, is the bug there perhaps?
