I just got banned from the forum and the online game itself in a FPS MMPOG not so far away!!

you know what for?


some fool posted in a thread about not exploiting glitches, and being banned permantly if you do, that the easy way to get round this is to do blah blah blah or whatever, and hes laughing about the fact that him and his 13 year old buds are getting banned for hacking/exploits then coming right back the same day.


i was the next post under this idiot, so i quite rightly (yes ive learnt everything from AHBB) state  "playername = Retarded Child"



he gets a warning i get a 7 day full ban from the game and forum.


can you freaking belive that.

because noone else will!  hee hee  Actually, I see where their administrator is coming from, but also think that players who show that kind of arrogance at not playing by the rules(like the one you mentioned in the other forum) should be dealt with with deliberate intent to set a precedent!

nah, no warnings before, and posting his name isnt the problem.  his name was on the post above mine.


i think they just dont like people calling other people retarded.... but they dont mind hacks and kiddies.


this is less of a "damn this sucks" thread and more of a "wow i realise how great we have it on this board" type of feeling.

still, sucks to ban me from the game not just the forum.......thats a smart way to get people to follow some of the rules :)

I'm not going to say directly, because then it turns this thread commending HTC and thier excelent forum moderation, into a bash thread for this game. i would never want to bash this game, its so fun that when your right in the middle of the War it really Rocks.

Perhaps one of the the Admins there has a family member with mental or physical disabilities and they object to you using firstly the word 'retard' and secondly, using it as an insult as if people with disabilities are of any less value to the world than the rest of us.

Using the word retard really isn't "nice", but he wasn't trying to be nice.  He was trying to be funny.  I think it was funny.  He didn't deserve to be banned.  Who cares if you have a family member who is retarded and you are too sensitive about that word.  What a bunch of retards the admins of "that" forum are.  Maybe a warning would have been nice.:)
