Survey-Is ENY Really Needed?

The ENY is designed to give the other country who is outnumbered. When your country is outnumbered no one hears you complaining.

You are totally able to fly all late-war planes -- after a country switch.  That's what the ENY limit is in there for, to motivate side switching when the rosters are all out of whack.

Is ENY-based limiting needed?

I think it is.  It encourages and provides for side balancing in a manner that is about as unintrusive as possible for something that will still work.

People are still whining so I guess ENY does fulfill its intended purpose. I have full faith in HTC to keep us entertained when ENY stop causing whines , by changing something else and start the fest all over again  :aok

ENY I dont mind most of the time.....

I like to fly different planes at times myself

The only time I ever have a problem is when Ive seen it go overly high 20-25+ (around there)... I was invloved in CV battle and as more players logged on was only able to fly a TBM or SBD...

Yes... they too can be fun planes but with my admitted lack of pilot skills going against La-7's, Niki's and other "better rides" made for lots of donations of slightly used and damaged plane parts across the base I was at...
:aok

Other than times like that ENY is fine with me forces me to fly different planes which is not a bad thing

The problem isn't the forced switch as much as it's the hour wait to switch back. Get rid of the wait time and more people will be willing to switch. Since they'll easily be able to switch back to thier own squad/country 30 minutes later when the sides are balanced again.

Is that really a big deal here?2 to 3 fights can last an hour, if you factor in flight time to find a fight.

There are many people who only have an hour to fly.

Then this topic does not apply to them.

There are only a few players out there that " switch sides to make up the numbers", then there are players who change sides to follow the lowest " ENY "so they can fly the dweeb rides & whoore thier score.

You sure do have a ton of excuses for everything.   Put the shovel down now and rest your arms, the manure is really ripe.

infact i was thinking of creating some sort of post asking for "joint operations nights" or special events in the MA's
