I just removed a virus called Win32Magistr.24876 from a friends computer, and I was wondering if any of you guys knew anything about it, such as where they could have got it from, or what permanent damage could have been done. I think they had had it on their comp for quite some time, as over 300 files were infected, and thier comp was freezing up everytime they booted it up. You heard of this one bloom25?

Upon rebooting, I found that I was was unable to remove all the infected files. All but 4 are located in C:/Restore/Temp. Any ideas?

Yikes, I just read about this virus, it appears to be a nasty sucker. Keep your eyes open for this one fellas. Bloom25, you have any more cures? I'll email you from my comp when I get home.
