AH connection and graphics probs!
« on: February 22, 2001, 04:31:00 AM »
I have real bad connection probs, about 50% of all enemy planes jump around and i am hit even when i see the tracers passing far away from me and flying into a totaly wrong direction.

I have checked my netstatus and the varianz is always very close to the red line and the delay is always down on the bottom.

Than the graph probs, i cant attack ground tgts, cause when i come into range (about 800-900) they disappear and reappear when i am to close to change my aim (under 100).
Same happens when a plane flies close to the ground near or over a base or when i try to hit a PT boat or tank rolling.

Processor, Video-card and drivers, what directX, Maybe type of your connection (Modem 33/56/ADSL/cable).

Con looks fine, and wasnt that bad the last 2 days, but the graph prob really prevents me from any form of effective groundattacking.

Hi Naudet,
Do you get the disappearing objects thing affecting Hangers and other ground objects as well?

It happens to me if I have the "Z Buffer" or "Disable triple Buffering" boxes checked in the AH Video set up. If you have any of these 2 boxes check try unchecking them.

(Worked for me)
