This is probably just hearsay.

Think the number was around 38k.  EA's reason was just an excuse as I'm pretty sure they had plans to junk AW as soon as they possibly could.  EA wanted their grubby hands on Aries not AW or any of the other Kesmai games.

OK we've all had a little  with this thread BUT he (RESMITH) has suffered some injustice with his bomber score in September.  He's had some good bomber sorties and he captured 41 fields in that TOD.

He was relegated to number 2 on the home page but on the score page he's shown as number 1.  On the home Page Psob3 is listed as number 1 bomber for September yet he's ranked as 24th on score page.

Maybe he shoulda taken it up with HTC there and then...shame really:(

So you're saying that it was ok for him to cheat because you think he got shafted on bomber scores in September?  Give me a break.

If I see him in the arenas I'll call him out, and I hope other people do, at least for a little while, because the community should police itself, within reason, especially in instances like this.  Without the embarrassment of being shamed publicly for cheating there is no negative reinforcement to not cheat.

He'll never gain back respect from me.   We KNEW what he did, he chose to lie in an "explanation" regarding "proxies".   Goldelks and the LTAR at least came clean.   They got about 1/2 of it back from me, by just admitting "they played the numbers".  

A shame that someone needed the desire to "Get their name in lights" and lose all concept of reality.

Those 41 base takes where not legit base takes"or im willing to bet" on one of the maps there is a glitch in the system I won tell where or how bla bla bla I have sent a email out to HTC and it will most likly be fixed shortly.

You don´t need a glitch or bug to get 41 base captures.
 The MW arena is currently the rally point of a number of people capturing undefended bases. They attack always the country with least defenders (usually 0 or 1). When they see a con or even just darbar, they ditch or bail and try another base.

When looking at their stats, you can see scores of base captures, and things like 500+ buff sorties with only 30 or so landed...

Needles to say that MW was Resmiths playing ground too.

Yeah, I'm sure it's too much work to milkrun EWA bases.  I'm looking forward to the new capture system... won't stop milkrunners, but they won't win the war that way.
