1. To show a film there are many free hosting sights you can use to upload your video such as YouTube and SpeedyShare. For best quality I would suggest using
http://www.speedyshare.com You go to speedy share and click up load file once you upload the file"This will take about 10 min" a screen will pop up with the web adress to your video. If u have any more questions on that let me know ill be glad to help
2. To post a pic jsut google free image hosting 1000s of sights come up and follow there steps.
