How do I upload a screen shot to this forum???

You need to host it somewhere on the web. There are free pages who do this for you - most people on this board use http://www.picturehangar.com - you just have to register there. Or google for "image hosting" (photobucket, imageshack and countless others).

Then insert the URL (web adress) for the picture in your post. If you parse it with image tags (like this: [img]www.mypicturesadress.com[/img] it will display directly as pic, not as link.
