Didn't see that, good observation. Either way I'm still giving full credit for the skin.

RATTFINK, thanks for the info, I wasn't planning on submitting the skin, just using it. That's something Hitech can't stop, cause when maps go into H2H, they just keep re-appearing.

And nick, it only tells you how to make your custom fields, not custom objects. Custom objects is something you must learn on your own using AC3D.

He does not want to submit the skin. Hes talking about including (ie building) it into a Terrain to be used in H2H Arenas - its the only way skins can be used in free player mode.

HiTech doesnt monitor the H2H arenas/skins/terrains.... heck, i once flew in "gay land".... lotsa brightly colored graffity painted textures on the terrain (as ground) and a purlple sky.....

The only ones I can think of would be found on their forums. I have not seen any posted on the AH BB's. AC3D is at the mercy of your learning skill and the ability to conceive knowledge about the 3-D editor from other terrain designers.

EDIT: You could use the Blender ( http://www.blender.org ). It's 100% free and it's what I used.

I thought I'd give this one a go, as I've already got a C-47 template, still needs the writing and logos. One problem is that as its an old format skin there is no material file, so I can't make it glossy. Also everything on the skin apart from the vertical stab and fuselage nose is mirrored left to right, so some of the writing is going to be mirror imaged on one side of the fuselage. All four wing panels will have to have the big AA logo, instead of having the serial numbers on alternate wings.

Denholm, funny you asked, I made a C 47 Military transport command plane, made post war so was of no use, but I thought it looked cool. Maybe a bit of twweaking and It would look good as a Airliner. If you want screenies, let me know.

Greebo, if you can write the "AA" on it, please do, since I'm no good with editing using MS Paint. And macleod, yes I would like to see some screenies.

One other question, I'm not sure if any of you know, yet I'm wondering if its possible to enter two C-47 skins into the same terrain, so that one is default, and the next is in the drop-down menu / list. Remember, it's an 8-Player terrain, so you can't just make your own skin and apply it like you do in the MA.
