trouble loggin in

I have a squady that can't access any of the message boards.He has registered and still can get them to even come up. I know its a setting on his but cant figure out what. he's using xp home edition i beleive,

Any suggestions as to what it could be or were would be greatly appreciated.

Did he click on the activation link in the email the bullitin sent out when he registered?

he said he did, he also couldnt get into a different message board that wasnt associated with aceshi so im pretty sure it something on his end
