"Resend password" not working

I installed Aces High II on another machine today and, when prompted for my password, entered several in vain.  I pressed "resend password," then went to check my mail.  It didn't come in a few minutes, so I tried a second time.  Again there was no result.  Finally, I went digging through my archives and found the password.  Twelve hours later the e-mail hasn't arrived.

Do you have the "Save Password" checked on your main PC?

If yes, check the game install Settings folder on that one. Look for the login.cfg file, it contains both loginID and password.


As for the password not being sent... is the email youre expecting it to the one you gave when creating the account? And also dont forget to check your Spam folder.... its an automated mail that might well have been tangled in the filter.

Ah!  You're right, my spam filter nicked it.  Thanks, I thought it might have been an error in the patch.
