1cemanVS my alternative persona on another MMORPG called planetside, 1ceman because im un-original, VS because i was a member of the vanu sovreignty, used the original handle so my buddy on PS (who refered me here, to AH) could identify me...

once i fell in love with AH and it wasnt just going to be a passing phase, i changed handle to dayz, it being the handle is use for everything else in the online universe...

..."Day" being my surname, quite simple really :aok

Wwwwwelll... I had my left leg amputated above the the knee due to a motorcycle accident and when I am not wearing my pegleg and too lazy to grab crutches I hop around kinda like a POGO stick...hence the nickname, which i used in Airwarrior , decided to use it in Aces High also and I use the same here on the bbs
my avatar is also the experimental POGO tested back in the 50's I believe

I was a metal fabricator back in the '70's and worked on some of the offshore rigs in So. Cal.

I was, and still kinda sorta am, tall with wide shoulders and skinny.

My co workers gave me the nick name of Flatbar, guess it's better than Slag or Beadrunner.

We had one guy who came to work dirty every day, almost like he never left work. His name was Phil, his nickname was Philthy.

It wasn't simple, after 2 hours of picking cpids to play that first night and all have been taken, getting tired of failed attempts I drunkenly picked Tojo, two hours of slamming beers in anticipation of flying again after warturds....
Now my current in game name is Joto--Thats the name of the restaurant I had dinner the night I signed back up the last time. "Joto japanese steak house"

I am going to change back to my AW cpid as soon as I figure out how...

Now bet you wish you had that 30 seconds back!?

My ingame call sign is MarkAT because I was Mark as an alpha tester of this game. When it went  beta then those that had been alpha testers added the AT to the back of their names so people could know who to ask if they needed help. The AT of course meant Alpha Tester.

I like using my own name, my middle name more precisely.  After beta was through then I just left the AT on.

For me, in online games I always use some variant of *Elf* due to my interest in the Fantasy genre. In AirWarrior I was -Elf-, in a space sim that Microsoft had awhile back I was TheElfsters, in Aces High I am Elfie cuz I couldnt take Elf. heh

"Karaya-One" was Hartmann's callsign.   I started as "Karaya2" since "Karaya" was taken.   In the Spring of 2005 my wife was commenting on "HTC must be having issues with cashing checks".    My account was locked.   I called Skuzzy with Credit Card info and missed getting my old ID back.

Because of my wife I lost 6500 Fighter perks, 10,000 Bomber perks, and about 8500 GV perks.   I about whipped her arse that day.   But I chose to lose the "2", and some still remember that "2" (ElGuapo aka Guacamole to me).

Karaya.   Just a nod to the Ace of Aces and a Childhood Idol.   I was the one in 2nd grade going for war books.
