It's trying to boot off the network, and finding that there's no cable plugged into one of the ethernets (presumably, it has multiple).
This shouldn't stop it from working, as long as you have it set up to boot off some other device. Check the boot order in the BIOS, and make sure that it's booting off something productive, and you should be able to just ignore that message.
