Arena is very dark

When playing offline, everything seems very dark.  It appears that I am playing in the evening.  Where can I adjust the time or amount of daylight?

The latest release was supposed to change the default time to mid afternoon. Do you have 1.04 patch 2?

You can change the time by writing the following in the text buffer as a "dot" command. Those are commands preceded by a "." period.  Type in .time 12 00 1. That would give you noon. The first two digits are the hour, the second two are the minutes and the third one is how fast it happens. Be sure to put the spaces in where I have shown them
