Nice film, Evil1.
I'd like to know exactly what song you used there.....(so I can verify its date) because if I'm right......
That band is a bunch of riff stealing *****!
Bwhahahaa, that is the most blatant ****-musicianship I've seen in a long time.
hhahahaha
What a joke.
Now, I'll give John 5 the benefit of the doubt here and assume that Marilyn Manson - The Fight Song was released before that other band's rip off.
I think you misspelled it, the band in your clip is Saliva isn't it?
If I'm correct Saliva stole the MAIN riff in a popular song by one of the biggest bands in 'metal'. hahahahhaha If you're going to steal riffs at least steal them from bands that no one ****ing knows about!
Hilarious!
I always hated that ****ty band in your clip because I thought they were talentless 1 'hit' wonders (I say that loosely too because they were never popular) but now I know it's true.
(By the way, I don't really care either way I have no love for either band in question)
Ok, play Marilyn Manson's 'The Fight Song' then pause it, play Evil1s clip starting at 43 seconds....
Evil1's clip (click) (at 43 seconds into the clip)
'The Fight Song' (click) (first riff and chorus riff)
Now that is way too close to be riff 'borrowing'! haha
At first I thought this was a cover but then the riff changes and that dick starts singing and it's totally different. I haven't heard the Manson song in years and I still picked it straight away.
Now, this is a discovery made at 4:41am whilst working on a sociology paper... but I'm sure i'm right.
Anyway! Massive ****ing LOL at that pathetic rip-off band and good work on the film!
(Thanks for bringing a smile to my weary face too, by the way)
