Uh... that's a new one.
I would think there is some kind of a resource sharing conflict, likely with IRQ's between the video card and something else. Check the system's BIOS to see if you can set these manually and resolve the conflict.
Other than that, I'd say the graphics subsystem is not likely up to running the game. The K6-2 processor is going to be dog slow anway due to it's poor FPU performance.
