Umm.

You want to uninstall servicepack 2

Or

Do you want to disable the popups?

To disable programs that run on startup, locate the autorun folder in the start menu, you can do this by "right clicking" your start button and choose browse the shared start meny (sorry dont have the english version and to tired to do an proper translation).

Well the only reason I downloaded the pack was because I needed it for Flight Simulator X, however, my computer is so puney, I had to return MSFS X.  I did just fine without the second pack, so yea, i'd like to know how to delete the thing...

You should be able to do that from the Control Panel, then add & remove programs...

You can remove regular patches that way anyway.

Edit : Just checked, my SP2 is removable thru Add & Remove programs...

Start/control panel/Administrative tools/services/Security center
Double click "security center" then choose
Disable

You wont be deleting anything just turning off the annoying pop warnings
