My one and only military flight was in an Alouette 3 helicopter as part of a four man 'stick'. A short hop, landing and an assault egress. Thus ended my career in military aviation.

Despite my best efforts to start a career in military aviation. I must hold a record in being rejected by five air arms in three countries. The Irish Air Corps, British RAF, RN and Army Air Corps and US Army aviation. Maybe I should have tried the Marines:cry

Still I hold out hope that I can wangle a ride in the Irish Air Corps new PC9 trainers. :aok
