watta u pro skinners think is best to use? im a newbie skinner and i need some advice
NOT:

Photoshop -too expensive
Gimp-didnt satisfy me

NO PAYING FOR IT!

go get photoshop elements, good enough, usually sell together to many gizmos like printers, tablets, cameras

Paint Shop Pro. Not sure what it retails at these days (about $80-$90) but it's comparable with Photoshop if you have the patience to learn.

I use Adobe PhotoShop CS2 and PhotoShop 7.0.
