It's like getting half of a recipe... just the list of ingredients.

When do we use them?
Why do we use them?
When do we not use them?
What else do we use when we use that tag?
What does it really do?

So PolyID=20003 is a crater... so... does that mean it's bumpy to drive over? Does it mean it's fatal to drive over? What...?

PolyID=20006 is water...? so... does that mean PTs and LVTs can travel on it, or doe it just mean you get a splash sprite when you shoot it?

PolyID=20010 means model? Okay... aren't they all models? When would we use this? Why would we use this?

So you would small cull a 1000-foot building... how about a 750-foot building? How about a 500-foot ship? What exactly is it doing that's beneficial to large shapes?

Please... give us the info so that we can make intelligent choices.

All we have in this forum is players giving each other guesses as to what each thinks these mean... and everyone has different ideas.

The fact that these programs keep getting updated indicates that these programs are supported. Please HTC... spend some time on some decent documentation.

And not just scattered in various random cryptic posts scattered throughout the BBS.

Easiest way is just to test them all.

20010 was already explained by HTC.No need to put is on any object.

Where was it explained? Why do I have to dig?

And testing doesn't always show all of the things that something does, or what it doesn't do.

I don't think I'm asking for anything too crazy here.

Would be nice to have some explanation.
Or at least to be able to search for words with only 3 letters!

I wish Ht would add release notes for every te update so we know what is changed.
