I had to walk 10 miles to and from school uphill both ways- in the snow- wearing shorts- and a t-shirt- with no shoes, all this while fighting off grizzly bears with my loose leaf notebook! ;)

This oldness is fine, but Oldest is going into an Atari computer store and buying a $5 shareware floppy disk with something on it called Air Warrior (What's that?) played on something called a modem (What's that?) over local long distance phone lines ($6 hour Air Warrior + $8 hour local local distance, only $14 an hour!) to a company that sold computing time in the evening hours when its computers weren't being used so much (GEnie, what's that?).

Really well designed stick planes.  Play like it's a P-51 or Focke-Wulf.

But definitly not new to BBS's

Hell I was running a wildcat Bulletin board back in 1991. Been gaming B4 that.
Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.
